We are a Toronto-based service company with a passion for all things Apple. We strive to see the light “turn on” in our clients’ minds when they understand their Mac better and how to take advantage of its incredible features and technology.
We aim to help new Mac owners reduce their learning curve when switching over from Windows PCs.
When tripleCLOUD’s owner and head trainer Ian Creelman switched from a Windows PC to a Mac in 2006, he needed to learn for himself how they worked and turned to training manuals and books.
Ian found that these phonebook sized instruction manuals offered too much non-relevant infomation and were missing that personal touch, so he create tripleCLOUD in response.
From this day our goal has been to share the experience of using a Mac where a user’s questions can be answered in person without digging through a single page of text.
